WinShark Limited was formed in February 2002 to bring affordable crm software to the smaller business. The product development was outsourced over a three year period by CKL Investments Limited and then handed over to WinShark to undertake the launch! The CKL group of companies have undertaken many similiar consultancy and software development services to blue chip organisations which have included the likes of BMW and Universal Pictures International.

The core CKL management team has been together for nearly fifteen years beginning in the offshore financial software arena working around the globe for some of the worlds largest banks. Forming their first jointly owned company, CKL Consulting in 1998 to provide consultancy and software development services.
